Netje processes name, email, language, account role, 18+ declaration, security and session data; postcode area, home characteristics, preferences, services, hours, and general availability; and helper-profile, conversation, message, safety, photo, and support data. Email, telephone, and full address are not standard discovery fields.

Netje uses this data for registration, sign-in, profiles, search, matching, messages, account management, security, fraud and abuse prevention, fault investigation, and safe moderation. Optional push notifications and photo-library access follow consent or device choice.

Netje uses Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Expo, Apple, and Google for app distribution and push; and Zoho for business email/support. Where processing takes place outside the EEA, Netje uses applicable safeguards.

We retain data while your account is active and afterwards only as needed for deletion, security, disputes, legal duties, and limited backup cycles. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability and object through support@netje.app.
